Bowen Testimony

The Bowen Technique is a miracle from God. My health and quality of life have dramatically improved in countless ways. I have people I haven’t seen in awhile stop me and ask what has happened the improvements are that obvious.

Before Bowen treatments I used a walker or scooter to get around, didn’t go out much, needed lifeline at home, wore various braces on many of my joints. Now I occasionally use a cane, have my mobility back, my independence, and am brace free for the first time in ten years.

Before Bowen I had poor balance, fell often, had many injuries, dislocated various joints on a continual basis, and had severe spasms in most my muscles including some organs. Now my balance is great, I’ve seen dramatic improvement in the number of falls, injuries, dislocations, & spasms. When I do have spasms Bowen stops them immediately. My joints are more stable so I fall less, have less injuries & dislocations. This has done what other therapies couldn’t.

Before Bowen I had a head trauma that affected my memory & ability to learn. My right leg wouldn’t work right and I would lose the use of one side at times for no apparent reason. My circulation was affected as well. Now I’m able to learn & remember again, my right leg is corrected and I rarely lose the use of either side anymore but when I have the Bowen has got it working again.

Before Bowen I was on several inhalers for Asthma and had been for many years. In the spring I needed extra medicine and had to avoid pets and other allergens. Now I have been inhaler free for one year and I can be around pets and most allergens again. What freedom!

Before Bowen I couldn’t safely do stairs because my knees would give out on me, if I had to do stairs I would go sideways with someone there beside me to be safe. Now I can walk up stairs normally and safely on my own. You never fully appreciate all the places you can go until you can’t.

Before Bowen I battled on and off with depression and would get emotional, but not necessarily at the right time. I had been on & off anti-depressants for years. I had a very stressful life and it would get the better of me at times. Bowen has helped me be able to release emotions, I no longer need medication for depression, I cope better, find I’m less hard on myself and deal much better with stress & memories. With God by my side for the deep inner peace & healing, as well as Bowen, freedom has come.

Before Bowen I was on many medications for various conditions, for pain, and was being put on more all the time because the pain and such was completely out of control. Now I’m off many of them, & have been able to reduce others.

Before Bowen I rarely slept, went for days without sleep, wasn’t able to sleep deeply or for any length of time. I’d had trouble sleeping my whole life. I’d seen specialists, but was only given sleeping pills they didn’t know what else to do, they said I needed sleep to have any chance to heal. Now I am able to sleep each night, through the night, deeply, without medication. I have energy again and I’m not always tired. The sleep is also enabling me to heal. Praise God.

Before Bowen my body was always in a state of tension, wasn’t able to relax. I was told it was from all the injuries & traumas. Bowen helps my body relax, so it is able to heal.

Before Bowen I was severely anemic and had been all my life. Many treatments had been tried, many causing severe reactions and side effects. I had severe cycles that were irregular, nose bleeds & I hemorrhaged often. My body wouldn’t accept iron in any form, I was allergic to the very nutrient my body needed for life. I am now no longer anemic, my blood work is normal, my cycles are regular, I no longer have nosebleeds & I no longer hemorrhage. My body started accepting iron in the form of a supplement as well, I no longer need that now.

Before Bowen I was told I had irritable Bowel Syndrome. I had such severe spasms & pain I would black out at times. I was on many forms of fiber, supplements & suppositories to make my bowels work. I had to watch what I ate and was on medication for the spasms. Now I eat a normal diet, no longer need the medication, suppositories or various fibers. I’m regular without the pain.

Before Bowen I’d had many injuries & traumas resulting in chronic and severe pain. With Bowen the pain is dramatically reduced and under control. Pain no longer rules my life and I’m doing things I haven’t done in over a decade.

Many years ago I had a serious injury to my right collarbone, they eventually tried exploratory surgery to try and stabilize it and reduce the pain. Despite surgery the collarbone wasn’t stable, causing pain and continued dislocations. At times it would travel so high it would cut off my airway and I’d stop breathing all together. Bowen has successfully stabilized the collarbone enough that it no longer cuts off my airway, reduces the pain & dislocations because it keeps the tendon that was attached to it surgically loose.

Before Bowen my system was very toxic due to all the medications and environmental allergies. Bowen has helped to release toxins, I rarely react to allergens, and I feel better as a result.

Before Bowen I had an accentuated curve in my lower lumbar region, rounded shoulders because of the walker & continued shoulder dislocations. Now my back is corrected, my shoulders actually touch the bed when I lie down. I have better posture than I ever have.

I had a fall down thirty-six stairs on my tail bone, causing a severe break. Sitting was painful; I’d lose feeling in my legs. Now the pain is alleviated and I rarely lose feeling. I can sit in positions & on surfaces I wasn’t able to before.

I had a trauma to my jaw causing me to have no joint on the left, creating so much pain I was on a liquid diet. I had twin block appliances to move the jaw, which helped enough so I could eat. I was told I’d have to live with the pain. Bowen has greatly reduced the pain, my jaw sits better & I’m eating things I was told I would never eat again.

Before Bowen I was in extreme pain, with no relief in sight, no options to treat it, given more & medications with increasing strength. The medications were causing many side effects and more complications. I was in a vicious cycle that would end in complete dependence on others. I’m very thankful for the medical profession and all they did for me, but I’m also thankful for the option of alternative holistic treatments. I pray soon these treatments can be covered so many more can be helped. Thanks to God, Bowen & the friends @ Bowtech Therapy I have a new lease on life.

I’ve been on a disability since 1996, unable to work. My health was on a continual downward spiral I was told would continue. All conventional methods and many other methods had been tried with no improvement. Now because of Bowen treatments I’m taking training so I can work as a Bowen therapist part-time. God is so good.

Biofeedback - L.I.F.E. System

The Biofeedback machine is a medical wonder. I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s syndrome that affected my eyes. I used drops, ointment, and special sunglasses to protect my eyes. They were dry, sore & extremely light sensitive, so much so that I’d sit in the dark often and used the sunglasses inside. I rarely need drops now, only use my sunglasses outside, I can use my eyes so much more without them getting sore.

I’d had many head traumas, which have caused damage to my skull. This has resulted in extreme pain & pressure that medication doesn’t seem to be able to release. The Biofeedback machine targets each bone, muscle, nerve, and cell in the skull reducing the pain and pressure.

I’d been told I have various autoimmune diseases, affecting my immune system. I’ve had my immune system boosted, the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, the various diseases targeted. I rarely get sick any more. My body is able to fight off sickness better and not fight against itself.

I had a shoulder injury that caused some tearing. The surgeon wouldn’t be able to fix it with surgery due to other factors with my shoulders. I had Biofeedback to help with the pain, to target regeneration & healing, for inflammation and I now use the arm normally.

I battle with various skin conditions such as Rosacea, Eczema, & fungus. I’ve had chronic bacteria infections & yeast problems. These are improving with the Biofeedback treatments.

I’ve been told I’m in early menopause. Biofeedback had helped the hormone levels to be level, the pain to be under control, the mood swings to improve, and emotions and hot flashes to be under control.

Most my organs have been targeted to stop the spasms, the pain, the toxicity. Sjogren’s was affecting many of my organs, but the Biofeedback had corrected this.

The Biofeedback machine is key to unlocking the medical mystery I’ve been told I am. With the ability to find the problem & treat it, not just the symptoms. This process is vital to my continued health and future improvement. Healing from the inside out is how restoration comes in all areas of our lives, which is what God told me would happen, one step at a time.

Eurowave

The Eurowave machine is not just for toning and inch loss as I am finding out. This machine is helping me to gain muscle around the weak joints to help stabilize them for me. This is exactly what the specialists and therapists have told me is key to helping my joints stay in place & not give out. This is something I haven’t been able to do successfully with any other therapy or conventional method. This is a miracle to me. Being able to gain muscle is paramount to my total recovery. This will help prevent dislocations & further traumas, which is key. Being able to gain muscle without causing pain, inflammation, set backs, re-injury, stress to the joints is vital. Thank God for new avenues of healing we can access. I’ve already seen some improvement and we have only just begun.
