There are different and at times, complex origins for back
pain. Vertebrae are the 24 singular bony segments of our
spine.
Probable reasons for back pain are:
- Nerve irritation
- Probable strain of muscles
- Damage or injury of joints, ligaments
or bones
- Possible injury of the disc
between the vertebrae, and
- Inferior posture
Strained muscles are the most frequent cause of back pain.
The vertebrae can be ‘pulled’ from its usual location due to
the strains tightening muscles about the spine. Consequently, a
number of bodily problems arise, from kidney trouble to
headaches.

countless nerves, which in turn influence our whole body.

Choose different pockets for
putting your wallet.

feet on the ground.
When you are turning from the car, swing both legs out of the
door at the same instant. The pressure is then evenly
distributed on the pelvis.
Stretch in the morning.
Your spine wakes up (rejuvenated) through some simple stretches
in the morning.
Never sit at a stretch for a long
time.
Your body needs a wake up call through action every half an
hour. Just stand up and walk about. Your spine will benefit
even if you move about for a minute.

(sometimes totally getting rid of) back pain.
